GBS Innovation is leading Telstra towards a future state of process excellence, providing the tools, capabilities and expertise for a new way to improve the way serve customers and employees. This role is instrumental in delivering the successful implementation, understanding, traction and sustainability of the program, driving GBS and Telstra toward being a process engineering and process automation led business.
As the Change and Strategy Manager, contribute to the implementation of new or enhanced business capability and implementation of appropriate change and readiness activities to ensure sustainable value is released.
