Excellent knowledge about
SGSN/GGSN/DNS/PCRF/RECC & connecting interfaces for Fault Management & Configuration Management.
- Understanding & functional knowledge interdisciplinary network (RAN, Data CORE, IP, Tx).
- Mobility services for Enterprise customers for network nodes interworking protocol, MPLS, IP routing & switching basics.
- To provide 24 x 7 L2 support to Emergency & critical incidences for all packet core nodes(Cisco/Nokia/Zte/Huawei) across VIL network for Enterprise customers.
- Daily FM level 2 tasks work on assigned TTs and coordination with respective teams and customer to ensure minimize down time.
- Provide technical support for testing & implementation during new Enterprise customer on boarding to mobility platform.
- Troubleshooting with the help of wireshark traces, system logs, event logs & correlation with alarms during service outages by ensuring troubleshooting within TAT.
