Should have successfully handled at least 1 complete life cycle project in the role of a Scrum Master or Project Manager

Project Planning and tracking
Working with the Team and the Product Owner to define team specific norms, and procedures at the project level.
Collecting and analyzing the project metrics data and working with the Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Team to identify and incorporate corrective actions when needed.
Tracking project dependencies outside of the project team's control and escalating issues as necessary.
Facilitating cross-group and cross-functional communication for issues resolution and updates.
Facilitating, coaching, and guiding the team about the values and practices of Agile and Scrum.
Schedule and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts. Radiate the information to ensure transparency.
Support the Product Owner to ensure the backlog has sufficient prioritized user stories at a ready status to stay ahead of the Team.
Perform Causal Analysis and Resolution activities to help in continuous improvement.
